Our Goldendoodle Application Process
1. Submit Your Puppy Application
Your journey begins by completing our online puppy application. This helps us learn more about your family, lifestyle, preferences, and what you're hoping for in your future companion. Once we've reviewed your application, we'll reach out to discuss the next steps.
2. Let's Get Acquainted!
We love getting to know our prospective puppy families! We'll schedule a phone conversation to discuss your expectations, share more about our breeding program, and answer any questions you may have. This is also an opportunity to ensure we're the right fit for one another.
3. Secure Your Place Retainer Fee:
Once approved, a $500 non-refundable retainer fee secures your place on our reservation list (this fee will be applied toward the final balance).
This fee secures the Buyer's position for puppy selection and demonstrates commitment to welcoming a Doodles by Faith puppy into your family. Your retainer is applied toward your puppy's total purchase
Once received, your place will be officially confirmed.
4. The Perfect Puppy Math
At approximately 6-7 weeks of age, we have our vet clearances and conduct temperament evaluations to better understand each puppy's unique personality and characteristics. Families select their puppies in reservation order, with our guidance to help ensure the best possible match based on temperament, lifestyle, and individual preferences. We believe the right puppy is about so much more than appearance!
5. Gotcha Day!
The day you've been waiting for! At approximately 8 weeks of age, your puppy will be ready to begin a wonderful new chapter with your family. We'll provide guidance and resources to help make the transition as smooth as possible. The remaining balance is due at pickup. For puppies being delivered, final payment must be received at least one week before the scheduled delivery date.
